How do I get a space for my boat in
the boat lot?
Contact Ralph Hudson at Bay West Management, our property
management company: (410) 897-0207 or
baywest@aol.com. He
will contact the Board and EPCOM. If space is available, then
Bay West Mgt. or a Board member will provide you access. If not, you will
be placed on a waiting list.
How do I get access to the tennis
court?
Contact Ralph Hudson at Bay West Management. If
you are a resident, he will provide you access.
What are the rules regarding the
dog park?
This area is for use by residents of Woods Landing
only. Please make sure you pick up any dog waste.
What is EPCOM?
EPCOM stands for Environmental Preservation
Committee and it is responsible for authorizing ALL changes or
additions to our residences and for approving or adopting any rule or
regulation.
Who do I contact if I want to make
a change to the outside of my house, i.e. change my door color, paint my
deck, etc.?
Contact EPCOM.
For most things, you will need to submit the
architectural change form. You can download this from our website by visiting the Policies page and using the link shown there.
What are the rules regarding trash?
What are the rules regarding yard waste? What are the rules
regarding recycling?

and explains the procedures for both trash and recycling. In

complaint or suggestion about community space?
Call Ralph Hudson at Bay West Management. He will relay
your concerns to EPCOM and/or the Board of Directors.

suggestion about existing community policies?
Call Ralph Hudson at Bay West Management. He will relay
your concerns to EPCOM and/or the Board of Directors. Keep in mind
that community policies are dictated by our governing documents so
changing community policies often requires a vote by the residents
themselves. |
